Job Summary
1. Support the Deputy Chief People Officer and
Associate Director of HR with delivery of the HR
strategy through the effective management of
employee resourcing including recruitment,
retention, and temporary workforce management.
2. Be responsible, in partnership with a range of
stakeholders, for the design and delivery of a
comprehensive long-term strategy for recruitment
and employee resourcing for the Trust including
both the temporary and permanent workforce.
3. Ensure an effective resourcing service to the
organisation offering innovative, proactive,
professional and customer focused support.
4. Lead and manage the operational delivery of
people services (Recruitment, pay, employee
administration and onboarding) across the whole
organisation; delivered in-house and through third
party suppliers.
