MAIN DUTIES
• You will be responsible for ensuring the service of end-to end recruitment process is
delivered in line with both local and naঞonal policies;ensuring compliance with NHS
employers standards and UKVI legislaঞon.
• To be a source of best pracঞce advice on medical recruitment and transacঞonal HR
issues.
• Day to day management of the Medical Recruitment team, ensuring they deliver a
quality end-to-end recruitment process, meeঞng KPIs and ensure a high quality service
is provided to applicants and recruiঞng managers.
• Line management of the Medical Recruitment Team, including responsibility for
performance, appraisals, team development.
• Management of the visa holders, cerঞficate of sponsorships and related work for
doctors employed by the trust.
• With the support of the Medical Recruitment Manager, improve efficiencies through
projects and contribute to the development and growth of the service.
